If there’s one thing in this world that the young or old can get behind, it’s bubblewrap. No matter how old you get, the satisfaction from popping the little plastic bits of air never gets old. I dare someone to pop bubblewrap and not have a smile on their face; I don’t think it can be done.
This is America, where our greatest strength is also our greatest weakness. Meaning, someone is now profiting off the love of bubblewrap we’ve grown accustomed to over the years. The profit comes by way of the Bubblewrap Calendar. The idea is so simple and genius, I’m surprised it wasn’t already in existence. It’s just a simple vertical or horizontal poster calendar where you pop each day as you come to it. I can imagine that everyday would start out fancy-free if it started with me getting to pop bubblewrap. The only problem is that the friggin’ thing costs $30 or $50 depending on if you get the limited edition or not.

World records seem to have become as common as breathing. To add to the hype, it’s like Guinness will hand out a world record to anyone to boost interest. Well Mozilla is now a proud owner of one of those records.
Yesterday, Mozilla set the record for most downloads in a 24 hour period. The latest build of the underground, up-and-coming browser Firefox 3 had over 8 million downloads in the 24 hour span.
I’m not sure I would say congrats is in order. I mean I could theoretically create a world record right now. I hold the record for most times listening to St. Elmo’s fire whilst jumping on a pogo stick.

Sometimes you’re in a place and desperately need to record some video. Camera-phones are starting to make a push, but they aren’t very discrete, and can’t record a whole lot. Luckily, Chinavision has a pair of glasses that would be perfect for the job.
The Sun Glasses Camera, has a camera built into the front, with a 2GB flash storage capacity. The glasses will be $165.00 and will be available July 2nd.

It’s hard to imagine what the next big jump for video game technology could be. With the increased graphical quality of the PS3 and Xbox 360, and motion controls of the Wii, the next advancement will have to be down right impressive. Mind control is an idea that could definitely give the boost video games need.
T3 has come up with what the Wii 2.0 could potentially offer for gamers. Instead of having to utilize a clunky controller, the game could read your thoughts and perform the actions on screen. If your scatter brained like me, then the idea might seem backwards. Because even when I play video games, my mind can wonder to all sorts of things.
I’m not sure what’s more amazing, the idea that T3 came up with, or the time they took to actually create some concept photos behind the idea.
