In the technology world, small = bigger, and less (somtimes) = more. You want your DVDs to play on the smallest possible platform necessary. For discs of its size, it doesn’t get any smaller than the Walkman. The device is crafted to only fit a disc inside of it and nothing else. This video shows off a DVD/MP4/DivX player that looks exactly like a Walkman. It seems to have all the pieces of a regular portable DVD player, only it’s the smallest one on the market. I’m a bit skeptical of the device, as it doesn’t have a brand name for a manufacturer. Here’s the video though, so you can make the judgement for yourself.

It’s a Ferrari, no it’s a bike, no it’s a go kart. Actually all three of those answers are wrong because it’s a Ferrari Pedal Go-Kart. I’m not entirely sure why I want one. I think it’s because the tool bag that drove up behind the reporter to scare her made it look so fun.

I’ll tell ya, typing away at a keyboard can build up quite a workout. If you’re wanting to sweat there’s nothing like pounding away at keys while writing a blog. While it might be a good workout, sweaty wrists isn’t great for picking up the ladies or the keyboard itself.
Thanko has released a keyboard to make sure those wrists stay dry while your working the phalangies. The Cooler USB Keyboard has three built-in fans that spew out cool air where your wrists sit. The keyboard has a switch so you can turn the fans off if you’re only doing a mild keyboard workout. For a keyboard with some built-in fans, $62 isn’t a bad deal at all.

If I ever obtain enough wealth, I’m going to have a team of engineers working around the clock trying to build a space ship. I know they’re a pain to build, and my own personable ship wouldn’t be available for quite some time. Until such time, I can use the Beam bed to help live my fantasy.
The Beam bed looks like something from either a Star Trek, or X-Files episode. If you’re really a dedicated prankster, you could use this as a trap to make someone think there actually is a monster under their bed. Other than being a great prop for space ship imaginings, and or a expensive prank I really don’t see practical use of the Beam Bed. But that doesn’t mean that it isn’t righteously awesome.
