I’ve always thought the “F” key was in a fairly odd spot. It’s where the starting position of your finger should be, when you start typing. But really, who uses the “F” anymore than the others. And who was the person that decided what the layout of the keyboard should be? I know that nobody contacted me when it was decided upon. X-treme Geek looks to be coming to my rescue, as a customizable keyboard is available from their site.

The Optimus Maximus OLED Keyboard, is a fully customizable accessory. All of the keys that are represented are shown using an OLED display. These displays can be changed to match any other key, or shortcut. You want to open “Hello Kitty: Island Adventure” as fast as possible? Well then you can set a key on the Optimus Maximus to execute that shortcut. The ideas are limitless, and the fact the keyboard shares a lot of its’ name with my favorite Transformer is the cherry on top… Oh yea, it’s only $1,589.00.
