Go to a tyre puncture repair shop and request a mechanic to blow compressed air on your mobile phone from a distance of around thirty to fifty centimeters.

Make sure it is done carefully and air is blown to all sides .Most phones have removable shells hat allow you to phone to the extend that you blow off more dust and dirt from their interiors.
Once you have opened your phone make sure you clean it using a proper lint-free cloth before you assemble it and resume using it normally.The cell phone will work perfectly again.
